About me

I came to this through research, not product. Ten years running clinical studies in pain and reproductive health taught me how easily a system can be technically correct and still wrong for the person in front of it.

Now I spend my time on the question asked early enough to matter: who does this not work for, and what would it take to find out before launch rather than after. That means AI governance, product evaluation, and a lot of reading statute text.
